My thanks to Dianne Crampton for writing TIGERS Among Us. Wherever I go around the country talking to people about Toyota Culture I inevitably get the questions about organizations other than Toyota who have been able to establish a culture of continuous improvement and trust and respect. I am happy now to have TIGERS as a resource to support these companies. Not only does Dianne do a great job in explaining the role of timeless principles in your organizations, but she also provides actual examples of companies who have been successful doing so.

The beauty of Crampton’s book, TIGERS Among Us, is that it doesn’t merely provide a review of the basic concepts of team building, but offers us the tools and techniques essential to create teams with the six key values necessary for achieving corporate success. This book has been added to a “must-read” resource list I share with my project management students and corporate customers.

Kudos to Dianne Crampton! This is an excellent and much needed book on creating a corporate culture of teamwork. The old school top-down hierarchical form of management is a dying breed, and TIGERS creates a framework for the implementation of the team oriented culture of the future. Crampton shows us how cooperation, not competition, yields human resource efficiencies, which ultimately translate to a successful bottom line.

I recall coming across your book "TIGERS Among Us" a few months ago within Larry Broughton's Facebook feeds and was wondering what is really was about with Tigers now.

Lately, after some challenges, comments, feeds and threads on what is going on, I had a reason to remember this book again. Then I learned about Tiger Success Series, Inc that has been around for long as well.

A few days ago, I ordered "TIGERS Among Us..." along with the "ONE CHOICE Can Change Your Life".

I just wanted to let you know, that although I have a few books, short term tests and exams lined up, since this book arrived yesterday, I have been reading it and hardly set it down.

I am still nearly going too fast through it, knowing that I will read it again. I just thought I should write a quick note to let you know how fascinating the connection I made reading it so far, and on it's practicality compared to other business theory and books.

I will get in touch again, sometime later in the future and/or near future, and after I have read it again. It has been great so far!
